Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipment.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

Ukraine (FREE SHIPPING):

  • Ukrposhta: 3-5 business days
  • Nova Poshta: approximately 3 business days

International Shipping:

  • Europe: 14-21 business days (Italy may take 21-30 days)
  • USA: 14-21 business days
  • All international shipments include tracking number via Ukrposhta

Please note: Delivery times may be longer during holiday seasons (November-January).

Shipping Costs:

  • Ukraine: FREE
  • International: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order details. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. International orders can be tracked through the Ukrposhta tracking system.
