Refund & Return Policy
Welcome to MardocCraft Laboratory. We value your trust and strive to provide high-quality, handcrafted products for your spiritual practice. Since each item is created individually in our studio in Ukraine, we have established the following guidelines to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our customers.
1. Returns and Eligibility
We accept returns for standard, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging, including all cards and booklets.

Accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable & Custom Items
Please be advised that certain items cannot be returned due to their custom nature:

Personalized Pouches: Any accessory featuring applied custom names or specific modifications requested by the buyer.

Made-to-Order Decks: Decks that have been uniquely modified or created upon a special personal request.

Digital Products: Downloadable guidebooks or digital spreads.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in printing and hand-cutting our decks, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Rosmary2488@gmail.com.

Please provide photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Cancellations
Because our production process starts shortly after an order is placed, we only accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Once the crafting or shipping process has begun, we cannot cancel the order.
5. Shipping for Returns

Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Method: For international returns to Ukraine, we strictly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee a refund if the returned item is lost during transit and has no tracking number.
6. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
